As a Chef de Rang in the elegant Bvlgari Lounge, you will play a vital role in delivering the refined, personalised service for which Bvlgari is renowned. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating warm, authentic, and memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring service that reflects the sophistication of the Bvlgari brand.
• Welcoming, serving, and attending to guests at their tables, providing discreet and intuitive service throughout their visit.
• Maintaining exceptional service standards at all times, upholding our commitment to luxury hospitality.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to ensure harmonious guest service and smooth daily operations.
• Maximising sales through confident upselling and refined product recommendations, always aligned with guest preferences.

We are seeking a confident, service‑driven hospitality professional who embodies elegance, warmth, and genuine passion for guest experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a five‑star or luxury hospitality environment, with a solid understanding of refined service standards.
• Exceptional guest‑service skills and the confidence to engage naturally with a discerning and international clientele.
• Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound commercial awareness to support service excellence and revenue growth.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism, reflective of the Bvlgari brand.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are highly advantageous in our cosmopolitan setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK.
