Reporting directly to the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for In Room Dining department team to deliver an authentic experience complemented by the flawless service of your team.
You will be pivotal to the success of our Food and Beverage offering. Our In Room Dining experience demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver this vision.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift across all meal periods to maintain a high quality, professional and well organised service and ensure that all guests’ needs are met.
You will create and maintain a team environment by motivating and training to achieve the required standards to exceeding the guests’ expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of In-Room Dining across all meal periods, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Deliver consistently high standards of service, presentation and product quality, with a strong focus on personalised guest experience
- Manage, train and motivate the In-Room Dining team, including recruitment, rotas and performance management
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining excellent guest relations at all times
- Oversee billing, minibar operations, guest history records and compliance with hotel procedures
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and the correct care of all equipment, furniture and service areas
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, service-driven hospitality professional with:
- Proven success in a leadership or supervisory role within luxury or five-star hospitality
- Previous experience as an In-Room Dining Supervisor, Assistant In-Room Dining Manager or in a similar role within a boutique five-star hotel or destination restaurant
- A strong background in fine dining or high-end service environments
- A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to motivate teams and deliver impeccable service
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial awareness
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in line with operational need
