In this role, you’ll support our purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement that aligns with our standards of quality and luxury. Working closely with our prestigious suppliers, internal departments, and cost control team, you’ll assist in negotiating contracts, managing inventory, and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising the elevated standards of the Bvlgari brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring all items meet Bvlgari Hotel’s quality standards
- Collaborate with high-profile suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and exclusive offers
- Support cost control measures by analyzing spending patterns and identifying areas for optimization
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements with precision
- Monitor and manage budgets, assisting in monthly cost reviews to support luxury standards
- Generate reports to track key metrics, providing actionable insights to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or cost control roles, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel)
