Assistant Spa Director - Maternity Cover
Reporting to the Spa Director, you will drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the Spa, Salon & Workshop ensuring complete viability and maximising all opportunities and resources.
You will ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation.
Work closely with the Spa Director in establishing and maintaining marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training.
You will liaise with the Spa Sales and Marketing manager to prepare and develop the marketing plans for the year. Coordinate all promotional plans and projects for the facility.
You will act as Duty Manager when assigned this role as part of the rota created by the Spa Director.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your technical skills and flexibility will be what sets you apart.
To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We encourage a diverse workforce however, you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
