Assistant Stewarding Manager
Our Assistant Stewarding Manager is a position that is pivotal to the success of our Stewarding Department.
Reporting directly to the Stewarding Manager, together you will be responsible for supervision of the efficient operation of all back-of-house areas, including cleanliness and hygiene, ordering, issuing and control of all operating equipment.
You will create and maintain a team environment, motivate and train team members.
What we are looking for
The ability to demonstrate proven success in a leadership role, delivery of impeccable service and strong commercial acumen is essential for this position. To be successful in your application you will have already been an Assistant Stewarding Manager or Supervisor similar in a boutique 5 star deluxe hotel or destination restaurant.
We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
Our Bartenders will play a pivotal role in the success of our Food and Beverage offering. The Rivea restaurant and bar are designed to be the destination of choice in Knightsbridge which demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver this vision.
