Waiter / Waitress

• Reporting to the Restaurants Manager (Sette & Lounge), you will ensure the smooth, refined and efficient service of food and beverage within your assigned section.
• Maximise sales through confident and effective upselling techniques.
• Supervise, guide and support the Runners assigned to your section, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout service.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for service excellence, hospitality and attention to detail.
• Create meaningful connections between the food, wines and overall guest experience, enhancing each visit with your knowledge and personal touch.
• Deliver impeccable service standards while remaining warm, authentic and genuinely engaging with every guest.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong passion for food and beverage, supported by solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Relevant NVQ or professional hospitality qualifications are beneficial, though genuine enthusiasm and dedication to exceptional service are what truly distinguish you.
• Previous experience in a luxury service environment, with a confident understanding of 5‑star hospitality standards.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a naturally engaging, service‑driven approach.
• Impeccable yet authentic customer service skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections and provide memorable guest interactions.
