People & Talent Business Partner

As a People and Talent Business Partner, you will also be responsible for defining, developing and executing the Recruitment, Learning & Development strategy for Bulgari Hotel London focusing on people development, service excellence and talent retention. You will work with all departments to build and embed an authentic learning culture at all levels of the business.

Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable talent development initiatives.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
