Spa Director

Key Responsibilities:

The Spa Director will lead the spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with other departments to deliver an exceptional spa experience.

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Develop and implement spa programs and services that align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the spa department.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa offerings and packages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
