Reporting directly to the Stewarding Manager, together you will be responsible for supervising the efficient operation of all back-of-house areas, including cleanliness and hygiene, ordering, issuing and controlling all operating equipment.
You will create and maintain a team environment, motivate and train team members.
What we are looking for
The ability to demonstrate proven success in a leadership role, delivery of impeccable service and strong commercial acumen is essential for this position. To be successful in your application you will have already been working in Stewarding in a boutique 5 star deluxe hotel or destination restaurant.
We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
