Uniform Attendant

Job description

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Valet department. You will be responsible for providing clean uniform to designated hotel personnel as per department specifications. In addition, you will be coordinating guest and hotel management laundry/dry cleaning and hotel uniforms, as well fulfilling the guest and staff requests for pressing and minor repairs of clothes. You will make sure that designated supply level is well monitored and maintained.


What we are looking for

To be successful in your application you will already have experience in House Laundry from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry.

You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.
